We infuse education.
What is Cannabis Education?
The relief cannabis can provide for a variety of conditions is powerful. Understanding how to talk to a doctor, how cannabis works with the body, how it can be consumed to maximize the relief, what to know about dosing and potency, and what to expect in a dispensary is necessary to be an informed consumer.
Cannabis education helps people gain the confidence and knowledge to make an informed decision.
The variety of job opportunities available in the medical and adult use cannabis industry is growing rapidly. The industry needs individuals with broad-based education and skills, an ethical and compassionate grounding in the history and science of cannabis, an understanding of legal issues and policy-making practices, and knowledge of the marketplace and related concerns.
Cannabis education helps people learn about and train for employment and career opportunities and helps them identify new business ventures.
The legal expansion of cannabis is not without some concern. Issues such as impaired driving, dependency, and use by young people are important issues to consider. Expunging records and achieving social justice for the thousands of citizens who suffered under mass incarceration needs to be included in new policy and best practices. Informed discussions, increased research, and productive debate must be part of the cannabis conversation.
Cannabis education provides researched information and personal stories to spark informed debate.
Our Community Harvest was founded to provide high quality cannabis education to companies, organizations, communities, colleges and individuals.
