If you are a cannabis employer in New Jersey, did you know that within 90 days of being badged all “Plant Touching Employees” (including cultivators, trimmers, processors, lab workers, and dispensary personnel) must take a New Jersey required course. Our Community Harvest- in conjunction with Medical Cannabis Mentor- offers a self-paced, online course that fulfills this requirement.
NB: The requirements are spelled out in Administrative Code 17:30-8.1.
